Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoltricsImport ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), connecting your Discord account, or uploading files for conversion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Service.

2. Scenery Rights & Intellectual Property

VoltricsImport operates as a specialized geometry, texture processing, and format conversion pipeline designed to translate flight simulation packages (such as Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane) into Roblox-compatible format.

• User Authorization: You represent and warrant that you either: (a) own all copyright and intellectual property rights in the scenery package you upload; (b) hold an explicit license or written authorization from the copyright owner; or (c) are utilizing open-source or freely distributable freeware packages under license terms permitting personal or commercial adaptation.
• Commercial Payware Restrictions: You agree not to upload, convert, or distribute proprietary, commercially protected payware scenery assets without explicit license or permission from the original author or publishing studio.
• No Ownership Claim: VoltricsImport does not claim any ownership rights over your uploaded source files or the converted Roblox Place files (`.rbxl`), 3D kits (`.glb`), or placer scripts (`.lua` / `.rbxm`). All rights remain with their respective intellectual property holders.

3. Platform Compliance & Roblox Moderation

When publishing or uploading converted assets to the Roblox platform, you are solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with the Roblox Terms of Use, Community Standards, and Developer Rules.

• VoltScan Moderation: VoltricsImport includes automated machine-learning and OCR scanning (VoltScan) to identify sensitive personal data, phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs on textures before conversion. However, VoltScan is provided as an aid only; you retain ultimate legal and operational responsibility for any asset uploaded to Roblox Studio or the Roblox Creator Store.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoltricsImport, its operators, and affiliates against any claims, moderation strikes, takedown notices, or damages resulting from your uploaded content.

4. User Accounts, Quotas & Tokens

• Account Registration: Connecting via Discord OAuth creates your unique Pilot profile. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord credentials.
• Conversion Currency (Tokens): Each airport conversion consumes Tokens according to our posted quota schedule. New accounts receive complimentary initial Tokens upon registration.
• One Set of Free Tokens per Person: To stop extra accounts being made for the free tokens or to get around a suspension, the Service records, when you upload or convert, a random identifier stored in your browser, the network address the request came from, and the creation date of your Discord account. The identifier and the address are kept only as one-way keyed hashes, never in readable form, and network records are deleted after 90 days. A new account that shares a browser with another account, shares a network with several, or uses a very new Discord account may start without the free tokens; an account on the same browser as a suspended account may be blocked. If you think this has happened to you by mistake, contact us.
• Prohibited Activity: You agree not to: (a) abuse, bypass, or exploit quotas through multiple fake accounts; (b) launch automated scraping, denial of service, or reverse-engineering attacks against the conversion pipeline; or (c) use the Service to distribute malicious code, backdoor scripts, or harmful material.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLTRICSIMPORT DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

VoltricsImport is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, Asobo Studio, Laminar Research, or Roblox Corporation.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When revisions occur, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be modified. Continued use of the Service following posted revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
